Empathia is a local independent, Nurse led, CQC regulated company who's number one priority is our clients and their family. We thrive on providing empathetic and compassionate care and go above and beyond "standardised" care. We personalise our care packages to meet the needs of the individual, which is why we do not offer the same package of care twice.
We pride ourselves on offering honest, transparent pricing with no hidden costs and no extra charges on weekends. Our rates reflect the dedication, skill, and commitment we pour into every service we provide. As trained nurses, we bring a high level of professionalism to our work while maintaining the warmth, compassion, and genuine care that our clients deserve.
Included in Each Care Visit if Required:
· Personal care (e.g., bathing, grooming, toileting)
· Medication reminders and assistance
· Meal preparation and feeding support
· Light housekeeping (e.g., tidying up, laundry, hoovering)
· Incontinence care including conveen care
· Companionship and emotional support
· Mobility assistance and safe movement
· Monitoring of general well-being
· Medication Support
· Communication with family or medical professionals, if necessary
Additional Notes:
· All care is delivered by trained, DBS-checked, and insured caregivers.
· All care plans and risk assessments are implemented with qualified nursing knowledge and experience to ensure the safest and most effective care is provided
· Custom care plans will be developed to meet individual needs.
