About Us

Cambridgeshire Care Agency Ltd has been providing care and support since 1995, giving us over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families across Cambridgeshire and the wider East Anglia region.
We provide flexible, person-centred care and support designed around each individual's needs, preferences and lifestyle. Our services include domiciliary care, supported living, live-in care, complex care, support for people with learning disabilities and autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions, as well as palliative and end-of-life support.
We understand how important continuity is. Wherever possible, we carefully match support workers to the individual and aim to maintain a consistent team, allowing genuine relationships, familiarity and trust to develop.
Support can range from a few hours to regular daily care, overnight support, waking nights or 24-hour packages. We work closely with individuals, families and healthcare professionals, with a focus on promoting independence, choice, dignity and quality of life.
As an established independent care provider, we pride ourselves on being approachable and responsive. Families can speak directly with our experienced team to discuss their circumstances and the support that would work best for them.
We recognise that everyone's circumstances are different. Support can be arranged for older people, adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities or autism, and people with more complex health and care needs. We can also support family carers who may need additional help, respite or reassurance that their relative is being supported by people they know and trust.

We can talk through what support is needed, when it is required and how we can provide a service built around the individual. There is no requirement to commit to a care package simply by making an enquiry.
