About Us

Quality + Care Solutions Ltd was founded in 2011 out of a desire to serve vulnerable people in the community. Our organisation provides services to both adults and children with special Educational Needs (SEND).
We are committed to providing quality care to our service users that exceeds their expectations. Our staff provide person-centred personal care to adults in the comfort of their homes among their communities. We treat service users with integrity, dignity and respect. Staff promote our service user`s independence by involving them in planning their care wherever possible, enabling them to do what they can do in consultation with their families.
For SEND children, we take them to places of interest such as soft play areas, country walks, beaches, parks etc in order to promote social integration. This gives their parents a break from their caring roles and promotes children`s wellbeing.
Quality + Care Solutions Ltd believes in being innovative, going far and beyond the ordinary. We have invested in beach wheelchairs that help people with disabilities or reduced mobility access beaches like everyone else. Quality is in our Soul! We go beyond washing and dressing.

Quality + Care Solutions Ltd has recently been inspected by Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our services were rated "GOOD".

Quality + Care Solutions Ltd`s vision is to empower and enable service users to live independently in the comfort of their homes. We also provide short breaks for carers/parents by looking after their children with special educational needs in the community whereby social integration is promoted. We value our carers as they are the pivot behind our success story. They deliver seamless care that is compassionate and person-centred in a dignified way. This enhances the service user’s quality of life promoting their wellbeing.
