694 Pinner Road is a welcoming detached house with high ceilings and a warm atmosphere throughout. We provide excellent care and support for up to eight individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviour.
Our team offers compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs. We adopt an approach that respects and recognises the preferences, abilities, and goals of each person, ensuring that support is personalised and focused on achieving their aspirations.
The team at Pinner Road is highly trained and regularly updates its skills to effectively support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. We collaborate with professionals and families to ensure consistent support plans that prioritise positive outcomes.
We encourage open communication with families to support health and happiness. We also ensure that everyone receives a balanced diet, which takes into account individual dietary needs and preferences. Meal plans are carefully crafted to support both health and personal tastes.
The home offers eight spacious bedrooms, three on the ground floor and five upstairs. Communal areas, including the lounge and kitchen, provide opportunities for social interaction and the development of independent living skills. The house also boasts a lovely garden with a patio area and plenty of outdoor activities.
