About Us

Unite Healthcare is a family-run home care provider based in Rainhill, St Helens, built on personal experience, strong values, and a genuine commitment to high-quality care.

The company was founded in late 2012 by Daniel and Claire Butler after they faced significant challenges finding appropriate care for their son. Navigating the care system as parents gave them first-hand insight into how stressful, confusing, and overwhelming it can be for families who need support. Rather than accepting these challenges, Daniel and Claire were inspired to create a care service that truly understands the needs of individuals and families.

From the beginning, their aim was simple: to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care that people could trust. Unite Healthcare was established to support individuals to remain in their own homes with dignity and independence, while also helping to ease the emotional and practical pressures often experienced by families and carers.

For over ten years, Unite Healthcare has been delivering personalised home care services across the local community. During this time, the organisation has built an excellent reputation for quality, consistency, and professionalism. This is reflected in long-standing relationships with clients, positive feedback from families, and a dedicated, well-supported staff team.
