About Us
Beechdale is a home in the Leyland area of Preston, which can accommodate just over 7 residents - it has a 'Good' rating from the CQC. Care can be provided for those with learning disabilities.
The Purpose of the home
To provide permanent high quality of care and meaningful activities for adults with a severe learning disability who require accommodation and personal care. This is supported by both the care staff team and lifestyle staff team. They work alongside each other so you receive a very good service.
Description of the home
Beechdale is a welcoming six-bedroom home designed to provide comfort and support. The property features a spacious lounge and dining room, perfect for relaxing and socialising. A large, separate kitchen offers plenty of space for meal preparation and activities.
Outside, there is a generous patio area, ideal for enjoying fresh air and outdoor time. The outbuilding includes a sensory room to support emotional and sensory needs, as well as a laundry room for practical daily living.
Inside the home, there is a large shared bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. Additionally, two of the bedrooms benefit from en-suite facilities, each with its own shower.
Activities (Lifestyle)
Lifestyle is what we call our activities service. We aim to provide all our service users with their own bespoke timetable of weekly activities in and out of their home.
