We offer a wide range of domiciliary care services, from hourly visits starting from £30, to full-time live-in care, ensuring support is available exactly when and how it’s needed. Our highly trained carers assist adults from the age of 18 upwards, as well as older people aged 65 and over, with conditions including dementia, Alzheimer’s, cancer, heart disease, Parkinson’s, and complex needs such as challenging behaviour or sensory impairments. We also provide essential care for those requiring end of life palliative support, mental health care, diabetic care and more.

At All Care Thames Valley, we recognise that every individual is unique. Our care plans are tailored to your preferences, with male or female carers available, and staff who understand and support diverse needs, including LGBTQ+ requirements and pet-friendly services. Whether it’s companionship, medication assistance, help with personal care, dietary needs, shopping, or simply providing a listening ear, our friendly and caring team are here for you.

We accept multiple funding options, including self-funding, Local Authority, top-ups, and NHS Continuing Healthcare. Our services are fully flexible, including respite care for family carers, sit-in services, and double-up care (two carers per visit) for those needing extra support.
