About Us
Eternal Homecare Ltd was founded in 2019 by Laila Mohamed, who began her career as a Care Worker and gained extensive experience within the care sector. Through her hands-on work, she witnessed poor practice, errors, and, at times, unacceptable treatment of vulnerable individuals. These experiences reinforced her belief that care should always be delivered to a much higher standard. Driven by a passion to make a meaningful difference, Laila established Eternal Homecare Ltd to provide compassionate, respectful, and truly person-centred care.
Since its establishment, Eternal Homecare Ltd has built a strong reputation for reliability, compassion, and professionalism. We recognise the importance of individuals remaining in the comfort of their own homes, and our services are designed to provide flexible, tailored support that adapts to changing needs over time.
We offer a comprehensive range of home care services, including personal care, medication support, assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and specialised support where required. Our approach promotes independence, respects individual choice, and upholds the dignity and rights of every person we support.
Eternal Homecare Ltd operates with strong governance and leadership, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards. We are proud to be rated “Good” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting our commitment to delivering safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services. We continue to focus on continuous improvement, ongoing staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and care delivery.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those we support by delivering compassionate, respectful, and professional care that individuals and their families can trust.
