About Us

Smart Creative Care, a new provider of high-quality supported living care for adults aged 18-65+ with learning or physical disabilities. We offer personal care and encourage each individual to build their independence. We assist our service users with re-establishing healthy sleep and meal schedules, self-care and hygiene, medication management as well as healthy social and recreational activities. Our clients also take part in a wide range of rehabilitation services, such as spiritual, behavioural, physical, social, and dietary support
We have a beautiful 4-bedroom bungalow in Reading town and hope to have more soon. The property is within excellent amenities for adults who are ambitious to meet their dreams of social inclusion. The property is located along a major road linking other main routes. There are nearby local shops, educational and recreational facilities. We have shortlisted highly skilled, trained, and qualified staff who are motivated and hold the required health and social qualifications to work with service users to achieve their desired outcomes. We have also short-listed staff who have great experience to work with vulnerable adults who will safely promote social inclusion, respect, dignity, and community integration.
We are CQC registered. Smart Creative Care is registered on relevant portals and endeavours to provide a high standard of care. The property is ready to accept placements. The local authority guidelines are in place, allowing Smart Creative Care to start running the supported living services
