At Com Safer Care Ltd, we believe everyone deserves to be comfortable, safe, and respected within their own home. Based in Romford, we offer personalised supported living and domiciliary care designed to meet the unique needs of adults aged 18 and over. We specialise in helping individuals maintain independence, with flexible care packages starting from just £19.50 per hour.

While our home care services cover Romford and surrounding areas, our supported living provision is nationwide. We welcome placements from any local authority or borough across the country looking to place individuals outside their home borough.

Our experienced, dedicated team delivers a wide range of services, including 24-hour care, live-in care, personal care, companionship, and medication assistance. We take pride in our highly structured, person-centred approach. For our clients, we actively implement tailored clinical roadmaps, sensory transition schedules, and communication tools (such as PECS) to help manage daily routines and promote privacy with dignity.

Whether you or your loved one requires support for learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment, or challenging behaviour, we are here to help. Com Safer Care Ltd is fully committed to the NHS England STOMP pledge. We work proactively to prevent the over-medication of vulnerable adults by utilising Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and non-drug alternative therapies. Our team is also experienced in managing specialist needs relating to dementia, diabetes, mental health, substance misuse, and eating disorders.

We honour your independence, dignity, and cultural needs. We offer both male and female carers, provide LGBTQ+ support, and can communicate in English, Bengali, and Romanian.
Your peace of mind is our highest priority. From hourly visits, overnight care, and double-up care (two carers per visit), to assistance with shopping, domestic tasks, meal preparation, and escorted trips, we strive to make independent living safe and enjoyable. We’re also pet friendly and sensitive to dietary requirements and cultural preferences.
