We value and respect our passionate, hardworking community team in the same way we value and respect those in receipt of our care services. In addition to careful screening, enhanced DBS checks, full extensive training and insurance, we ensure that we are always working in a safe manner that follows CQC regulations and best practise. Regular supervision, support and additional training as well as welcoming feedback from both service users and the team are just a few of the ways we achieve this. Safeguarding is of particular importance; to recognise the signs, listen to individuals carefully and help to quickly and efficiently take action to prevent any form of potential harm or abuse.

Having worked within the adult social care sector across Southampton and surrounding areas, Director and Registered Manager, Oliver Armstrong, has first hand experience of what ‘good care looks like’. Oliver’s personal vision of delivering exceptional standards through the investment of highly skilled and qualified staff, maintaining clear communication and transparency as well as service user and family involvement from the outset ensure a safe, effective and caring approach is adopted, providing a reliable and dependable service.
