About Us
1-2 Canterbury Close provides specialist support for individuals with learning and physical disabilities.
Located in Rotherham, we provide support for up to 10 individuals. Made up of two, fully accessible bungalows, our home is ideal for wheelchair users. Our bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with tracking systems and hoists to provide full support for transfers. Each room is spacious and includes en-suite facilities. Additionally, our homes features an adapted mini-bus with a tail-lift to facilitate wheelchair access.
We are based in Herringthrope, Rotherham, just three miles from the town centre. The people we support often visit local attractions like Meadowhall shopping centre and Doncaster Wildlife Park. They also enjoy walking to nearby shops and cafes. The learning disabilities service in Rotherham, which includes a hydrotherapy pool, is only one mile away. We have easy access to transport links that connect us to many activities for the people we support to enjoy.
