About Us
Pennington Court provides eight self-contained apartments for individuals with learning disabilities, brain injuries, mental health needs, or complex behaviours. The service offers tailored support, acting as a transition for those stepping up to more intensive care or stepping down from hospital to community living.
Our team works closely with health professionals to support independence and integration into the community. The people we support are encouraged to share feedback, build life skills, and pursue education or employment opportunities. We also facilitate maintaining connections with family and friends, including visits and overnight stays.
Facilities include spacious apartments, communal spaces, a secure entry system, and an enclosed garden, with adaptations available to meet individual needs. Pennington Court fosters a safe, supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
