About Us

The services we can support with, but not limited to, are:
🧑⚕️Personal Care Services

• Medication support, including prompting and administration as required
🧠 Dementia Care: We provide compassionate, person-centred support for individuals living with dementia, focusing on maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life through familiar routines, meaningful activities, and tailored care plans using our CQS platform PAL assessment, designed to provide a comprehensive, detailed in how to support individuals at their level of ability, preferences, routines, likes and dislikes. The PAL Instrument uses a strengths-based approach, as opposed to one that only focuses on the difficulties people living with dementia might have and disable them. It contains a valid and reliable assessment tool for assessing the overall level of individual cognitive and functional ability. A PAL Guide that describes how to support the person at that level of ability is produced from the completed assessment. The PAL Instrument is a widely used framework in care settings across the UK and around the world
🕊️ Palliative Care: We offer sensitive, person-centred palliative care that focuses on comfort, dignity, and quality of life, supporting individuals with life-limiting conditions and their families through every stage of care.
