About Us
SBV Health Care Ltd (“SBV Healthcare”) is a CQC-registered social care provider (Reg. No. 1-10391077655) and UK SME (Co. 13196686) based in South Yorkshire with local delivery hubs in commissioning areas. We provide home care, short-term reablement, hospital discharge and live-in care alongside supported living for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, plus asylum-support services (information/advice, language support, wellbeing, volunteering and signposting).
Our approach is person-centred, outcomes-focused and evidence-based—integrating Positive Behaviour Support and trauma-informed practice with robust safeguarding (Adults/Children, LADO/PiPoT, Prevent/Channel) and UK GDPR/IG compliance. We schedule teams with care control rostering, maintain a 24/7 on-call manager, and work closely with NHS PCNs, community pharmacy, local authorities, Thames Valley Police, Fire & Rescue and VCSE partners.
SBV invests in a trained, supervised workforce, pays fair rates, and delivers social value through local recruitment, apprenticeships, digital inclusion and low-carbon operations—consistently improving independence, safety and community connections.
