Overview
Ten Acre Respite Service provides support for up to five individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and clinical needs. Support is also available for those with severe epilepsy, challenging behaviour, and mental health needs.
The service accommodates individuals with varied communication needs, ensuring our team interact in their preferred way. Personalised menus and activity plans reflect each individual's preferences.
Our home has en-suite bedrooms, is fully wheelchair accessible, and includes tracking hoists and other specialist equipment.
Our dedicated team focus on creating enjoyable, fulfilling stays while maintaining strong relationships with families and carers, fostering confidence in the service. Some families, previously unable to take holidays, now feel at ease leaving loved ones in the team’s care.
Independence and choice are prioritised, with decisions always made in consultation with the individual or someone close to them.
