About Us
Southwell Court is a modern, spacious residential care home in the heart of the village of Melbourn, Cambridgeshire.
The home has been decorated to an exceptionally high standard, with every bedroom featuring an en-suite wetroom to ensure privacy and dignity for our residents. The home has a number of fantastic communal areas including a built-in cinema room, a salon for our residents to enjoy hairdressing and nail appointments, a library, a dedicated games room and communal lounges. As well as the main dining room, Southwell Court has a private section of the dining area where our residents can enjoy a meal with their loved ones in a private and intimate setting, perfect for birthday celebrations.
Outside, the home has both courtyard and large mature gardens, with ground floor bedrooms having access straight to the surrounding grounds.
We are proud to be a part of our local community and regularly host fetes, fairs and events at which we welcome our neighbours to visit us and meet our residents and staff. We also enjoy taking our residents out into their local area to enjoy visits to the shops, cafes and restaurants.
