We are fully committed to meeting Client’s needs, expectations and lifestyle and will always endeavour to accommodate all your requests.
The company provide care and support to the client that can be as little as 15 minutes.
• We will always treat you with the upmost dignity and respect.
• We believe that you the client and your needs are foremost and will do our upmost to achieve what you request and meet your expectations.
• Listen to what you say and come to an agreement about what can be achieved to keep you safe and help maintain and support your independence.
• We will be open and honest about what we are doing and endeavour to deliver what is agreed and therefore ensure a consistent and reliable service to the best of the companies’ abilities.
• Protection for you is paramount and we will only provide carers with adequate training to support you and continue to keep all training up to date. We will always provide an up to date assessment to the carer of your needs to ensure safety, and ensure they follow guidelines.
• Monitor the quality of our service and ask for your views so that we can make improvements that maybe required.
• Ensure the continued professional development of the Care Team to ensure they have the relevant skills to keep you safe and to do the job well.
• Take swift action in response to any concerns about client safety or deal with complaints.
• Respect your privacy and hold all information regarding a client confidential in strict adherence to the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
• We will respect how you choose to live and NOT judge at any time. We do not tolerate discrimination in any form.
• We will endeavour to keep the number of Support carers who visit you to a minimum, to prevent confusion and upset.
• Should a new Support Carer be visiting you we will inform you prior to their call.
• Should we need to change the call time during the period we will advise you in advance.
