About Us

Tailored support by highly-trained professionals for people with complex, long‑term, or evolving health needs who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes
We work closely with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams to create one-to-one personalised care plans, closely tailored to complex needs, for a few hours a day or longer periods where more intensive assistance is required.

Delivering this support, encompassing physical, emotional and social wellbeing in familiar surroundings, reduces stress, confusion and anxiety and allows for continuity of care with fewer staff changes than residential settings. As with all our services, plans can be adapted as needs evolve to maintain independence and dignity at home.
