Our dedicated team is highly trained and professionally accredited, ensuring the highest standards of care for adults aged 18 and over. All staff have successfully completed the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate, alongside advanced diplomas in Health and Social Care for management and specialist roles. Every team member undertakes mandatory and specialist training including the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism ensuring inclusive, safe, and person-centred support for individuals with a wide range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
We offer a full range of domiciliary care services: personal care, medication assistance, companionship, overnight and live-in care, meal preparation, rehabilitation, escorted trips, and more. We can support additional requirements such as cultural or dietary needs and provide pet-friendly staff and LGBTQ+ friendly carers. We have male and female carers and can provide support in English and Afrikaans.
Our care is available from just £21.20 per hour, and we accept private funding, Local Authority funding (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). We foster continuous professional development among our workforce, ensuring ongoing competency and delivery of safe, high-standard care.

All staff complete mandatory statutory training as a minimum requirement. In addition, we ensure that our team members undertake nationally recognised qualifications to maintain excellence, consistency, and regulatory compliance within the social care sector. Core Accredited Qualifications All care staff have successfully completed the Level 2 Adult Social Care Certificate (previously known as the Care Certificate). This qualification is accredited and regulated by Ofqual. Forms part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Requires both knowledge-based learning and practical observational assessment in the workplace. Ensures consistent national standards in care training and assessment and provides essential, up-to-date knowledge and baseline competencies required to support individuals safely and effectively This qualification demonstrates that our staff meet nationally recognised competency standards and are equipped with the fundamental skills required to deliver person-centred care.
- Specialist Mandatory Training All staff have also completed the The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, the government’s preferred training programme for health and social care professionals. This training is regulated by Ofqual, Forms part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). Provides specialist knowledge in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Ensures staff understand the needs, rights and experiences of people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals. Completion of this programme ensures our workforce aligns with national best practice standards and legislative expectations.
- Advanced Professional Qualifications In addition to entry-level requirements, members of our team hold recognised Health and Social Care diplomas at various levels, including Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Advanced qualification for leadership and management roles) These qualifications are awarded by accredited awarding organisations recognised by UK government regulatory bodies, are regulated by Ofqual and form part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) they include advanced study in leadership, safeguarding, governance, risk management, person-centred practice and quality assurance The Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas are particularly aligned with management and senior leadership responsibilities, ensuring strong oversight, accountability and compliance within our service.
