Empower Therapy & Homecare is a therapy led care agency that provides seamless, person-centred care, which empowers independence and facilitates quality of life in the comfort of your own home. We provide bespoke, flexible care packages that supports living well in the home you love. Owned and managed by an experienced Occupational Therapist allowing needs to be met within Empower Therapy & Homecare, enabling responsive continuity of care.
