NU Healthcare Provisions Ltd is a CQC-registered home care provider delivering compassionate, reliable and person-centred care across Bradford and the surrounding areas.

Led by an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse, we provide tailored support to adults aged 18 and over, including personal care, dementia care, mental health support, physical disability support, companionship, medication assistance and help with everyday living.

We work closely with individuals, families, Local Authorities and NHS Continuing Healthcare teams to deliver safe, flexible and high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Every care package begins with a free, no-obligation assessment, allowing us to create a personalised care plan based on each person's individual needs, preferences and goals.

About The Team

All team members hold valid DBS checks in line with safer recruitment practices. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery.
