Seacroft Court is a residential care home providing for clients whose needs are associated with old age, dementia and their physical disability. Based on Seacroft Esplanade offering stunning views of the local seafront. The home also offers a small number of places to clients needing intermediate care support as a precursor to returning home after a hospital stay. The aim is to prioritise comfort, dignity, and personalised care for all. Experienced staff provide a range of services tailored to meet the needs of each individual, ensuring a high standard of care in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
