We are JCM
JCM prides itself in delivering high-quality complex and specialist services in Social Care, Nursing and Health Care Services to adults and children in their own homes. We are currently part of the AQP Framework under the NHS. We have official recognition as an Accredited Provider with the CPD Standards Office for our training, especially our Care Certificate Induction Training. We have won various contracts with Social Services across London and Scotland. We have maintained a 95% retention rate in the past 8 years, and our staff benefit from our recruitment and retention scheme.

We are a leading Domiciliary Care and Supported Living provider offering specialist training to our carers. We pay above the national minimum wage and we ensure that our clients are treated with care and dignity.
