About Us
Bonhomie House is a residential and nursing home in the Bursledon area of Southampton, which can accommodate 72 residents.
Care can be provided for those with learning disabilities and mental health needs. It is also suitable for young people with physical disabilities.
Bonhomie House is set within a three acre site with various forms of accommodation ranging from a principal building to satellite bungalows including:
Single independent units with kitchenette and bathroom facilities.
Group living units consisting of single bedrooms with shared kitchenette, lounge and bathroom facilities.
The resident group is diverse both in terms of age range as well as in the spectrum of care and support required.
In our care planning, we take account of the abilities, interests and preferences of our residents and aim to respond flexibly and sensitively.
Where appropriate, the service will contract in specialist input such as psychiatric and psychological input, ensuring the circle of support offered meets the needs of those in our care.
Bonhomie House also has the provision of:
A hydrotherapy pool on site
A Sensory room on site.
An Activities Centre.
