About Us
Infinite Social Care (Threefield House) provides high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care in Southampton, supporting adults of all ages to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.
Our experienced and compassionate care team delivers tailored support tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and routines. We provide a flexible range of services, including hourly care, overnight support, 24-hour care, and live-in care, with assistance available for personal care, companionship, medication, meal preparation, shopping, respite care, and more specialist needs, such as dementia care, Parkinson’s support, cancer care, catheter care, and PEG feeding.
At the heart of our service is a commitment to dignity, respect, and excellence. We offer culturally sensitive care, can accommodate dietary and lifestyle preferences, and are able to provide support in both English and French. Male or female members of the care team can also be arranged as preferred.
We welcome both private clients and those funded through local authority services or NHS Continuing Healthcare, with care starting from £25 per hour.
