This large and spacious house is in central St Leonards on Sea and is a 4-bed service which provides support for people who have a learning disability and needs that challenge. With access to local facilities, there are also easy to reach travel links and the local shops are within walking distance.

The building is a classic design from the past, with original features and a large open plan hallway and stairwell. There is a large communal lounge and an open plan kitchen/diner which encourages the residents to socialise together in their home. To ensure each person is comfortable and has a sense of ownership, the bedrooms are decorated to the individual’s personal taste. There is a communal bathroom, but in most rooms, there are en-suites available. All bedrooms have a telephone connection and internet access.

The home is based in St. Leonards on Sea, East Sussex and has a number of local amenities including supermarket, shopping centre and local attractions close by. Plus, the beach and a local garden is a short walk away for our residents to enjoy outdoor spaces.

At present this service offers 24-hour support to the four people who reside there. The staff team are well trained, experienced, and committed to all those they support. With life-plans in place and a strong emphasis on person centered planning, there is no doubt those who live there will receive a service which can provide a high level of support and maximise their opportunities.
