Golden Park Home Care is a large, well-established care home comprising four individual care units with a total of 129 beds. This unique layout allows us to offer the benefits of a larger home while maintaining the comfort and familiarity of smaller communities, enabling residents to build meaningful relationships with both staff and fellow residents.

Our care home provides Discharge to Assess (D2A) support, offering short-term care for individuals who are medically fit to leave hospital but require further assessment and rehabilitation before returning home or moving to long-term care. Working closely with NHS and social care teams, we provide a safe, supportive environment where residents receive personalised nursing, therapy support, and assistance with daily living. Our goal is to help each person regain confidence and independence while ensuring their ongoing care needs are fully assessed to achieve the best possible outcome.

We provide high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care, supporting people with a wide range of physical, emotional, and healthcare needs. Our experienced team of registered nurses, carers, and support staff is available 24 hours a day, delivering professional care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
