Absolute Care and Support (UK) Limited is committed to providing quality support, delivered by caring professional staff, our services are provided by selected and screened staff whose development needs are met through work shadowing, spot checks, supervision and appraisals.
we also operate NVQ Level 2 and 3 to provide further education opportunities for our Home Care Staff. All our staff receive regular training based on the best practice for care.
Our services are person centred and tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each individual, treating clients with respect and maintaining their dignity in order to help them maintain their independence, enabling people to live life as they choose.
Absolute Care and Support (UK) limited offers a range of personal and practical care services to a wide range of people.
The service can be offered on a short or long term basis to provide care to adults.
our focus is on promoting independence and choice for people, through quality care and support services.
