It provides care for male and female residents over the age of eighteen with severe learning and physical disabilities along with complex needs. Registered with the CQC, the home provides 24-hour care and support. Internally there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and shower room. All residents have their own bedrooms with wash hand basins and fitted wardrobes. The size of the rooms meet, or exceed, the minimum standard set out in the National Minimum Standards. The dining room has French doors which lead to a large patio area and private rear garden. The gardens, front and back are well-maintained and fully accessible to wheelchairs. All bathing facilities are specially adapted for people with physical disabilities. There is a designated outdoor area to smoke. To the front of the property there is private vehicle parking for visitors and staff.
