About Us
Mother Homecare is a CQC-registered homecare provider supporting adults in their own homes across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. We provide personal care and daily living support for older people, including people living with dementia, memory problems, reduced mobility, frailty, and changing care needs.
Mother Homecare was founded from lived family experience of supporting a loved one through Alzheimer’s dementia. That experience shaped everything about the service: the importance of familiar carers, gentle routines, dignity, patience, safety, and truly understanding the person behind the care needs.
Our aim is simple, to help people live well at home for as long as possible. We do this through kind, respectful and person-centred care that is tailored to each person’s preferences, routines, culture, faith, communication needs and level of independence.
We support with washing, dressing, toileting, continence care, eating and drinking, moving and positioning, light daily living tasks, medicines support where assessed as safe, and overnight support where agreed. Every care package begins with an assessment and a personalised care plan, so support is delivered safely and in a way that reflects what matters to the person.
As a small provider, we focus on continuity, close oversight and careful matching of care staff. Our team are recruited safely, trained, supervised and supported to deliver care with compassion, professionalism and respect.
At Mother Homecare, care is not just a service. It is trust, consistency and dignity in the place people know best, their own home.
