About Us
Grasmere Care Home is a welcoming, stylish, and homely residential care home located in the heart of Sutton. We provide high-quality respite, long-term residential, and palliative care for up to 23 older adults, delivering person-centred support in a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment.
Our home has been thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, independence, and wellbeing. The majority of our bedrooms benefit from en-suite facilities, and every resident is encouraged to personalise their room with their own furniture, photographs, and treasured belongings, helping them truly feel at home. Accommodation is arranged across two floors with the convenience of a passenger lift, while our recent extension has created additional ground-floor rooms with direct access to our beautiful garden and patio through French doors.
At Grasmere, we believe that life should continue to be fulfilling and enjoyable. Our dedicated Activities Coordinator provides a varied programme of meaningful, engaging, and person-centred activities, alongside regular entertainment and celebrations that bring our residents, families, friends, and the wider community together. We warmly encourage loved ones to take part, helping to create lasting memories and maintain strong family connections.
