Welcome to the Head Office for Bespoke Guardians Home Care Services, proudly serving Swindon and the surrounding areas with high-quality domiciliary care. We support the countries most vulnerable children with both homecare services and individual placements. We are now expanding our services to include adult support to be able to provide follow on care for those that we currently support beyond 18. We understand that choosing the right care for yourself or a loved one is a significant decision, and our compassionate, highly trained team is committed to providing personalised support that respects independence, dignity, and preferences—all in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.

Our comprehensive range of services is tailored to suit individual needs, whether you require round-the-clock care, occasional visits, or specialised support for complex health conditions. We provide assistance to children from birth, and adults aged 18 and over, including older people, those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Services include personal care, companionship, help with domestic tasks, medication assistance, dietary support (including specialist diets), shopping, respite for family carers, and much more.

Flexible funding options are available, including Self-funding, Local Authority packages (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). We offer both male and female carers, pet-friendly support, LGBTQ+ inclusive care, and even double-up care where two carers are required, ensuring every individual feels safe, respected, and supported.
