HISTORY OF THE COMPANY:

MT Supported Living Limited offers a care at home, supported living settings , community access services.
The Company office is based in Swindon also presently services in Wiltshire areas.
We have close working relationships with the various local authorities, hospitals and community care settings.
Our success comes from dedicated local support workers, healthcare professionals, with years of experience working within the sector, who will deliver a superior service to meet your individual needs.
Our management team is made up of professionals who have been in the care industry for over 18 years, who have worked within local authorities (social services), the NHS and other care settings. Our passion for caring is tangible in the way we provide our service.
Our team promotes person centred care and encourages independence while balancing risk. Our number one priority is to understand our client’s needs and provide the care they require, the values we commit to our Clients are: Dignity, Privacy, Independence, Rights, fulfilment and Choice.

About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery. Care and support can be provided in several languages including Zulu, Igbo, and French to ensure clear communication and understanding. Please get in touch for further information about the team.
