About Us

Live In Care is a family-owned, non-franchise provider of personalised 24-hour live-in care, supporting people to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Established in 2014, we work with families across Somerset and the surrounding areas to deliver consistent, one-to-one care tailored to each individual’s needs, routines, and preferences.

Our experienced live-in carers move into the client’s home to provide continuous support and companionship. This allows people to maintain their independence and familiar lifestyle while receiving help with daily activities such as personal care, medication support, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and household tasks. We also provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia, complex health conditions, or those who simply need reassurance and companionship throughout the day and night.

At Live In Care we believe care should always feel personal, respectful, and unhurried. By carefully matching clients with carers and providing ongoing support to both, we aim to create stable, trusting relationships that give families peace of mind. Our focus is on delivering compassionate care that enables people to live well at home for as long as possible.
