will support them to achieve their goals by
promoting health, independence and happiness.
All staff will strive to preserve and maintain
dignity, privacy and the individuality of all our
service users within their own homes, and in doing
so will be sensitive to their ever-changing needs.
Such needs may be medical, physiological,
psychological, cultural, social, emotional or
spiritual.
Service users, their family and friends or
advocates are encouraged to participate in the
development of their individualised care package.
It is MJ Homecare's policy to always listen to the
needs and wishes of the client, both at the initial
assessment and then at regular reviews. In this
way the client is actively involved in creating the
care package they require.
