About Us

Stokely Healthcare offers supported living services such as housing support and advocacy for individuals who need assistance to live independently. Additionally, we recruit, screen and place qualified, caring caregivers to provide in-home care services to clients. We take the time to get to know each client’s unique needs and preferences in order to create customised care plans that support their health, safety and independence. No matter what challenges our clients face, our dedicated team is there to listen, understand, and provide person-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
