Walsingham Support, St John’s is a warm and inclusive residential care service located in Teddington, South West London, supporting up to 6 adults with learning disabilities. We are proud to be rated ‘Good’ by the CQC and provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and active community involvement. Our experienced and compassionate staff team deliver 24-hour support tailored to individual needs, including support with communication, health, mobility, personal care, and daily living skills. We also support people with additional needs such as autism or behaviours that may challenge, with a focus on positive outcomes and quality of life.
St John’s is currently welcoming referrals, with two vacancies available. The home is situated in a vibrant and accessible area, just six miles from Heathrow Airport. It benefits from excellent transport links via Teddington Bus Station and nearby train stations. The local area is well-served with amenities including pharmacies, GP surgeries, dental clinics, supermarkets, banks, bars, parks, and the Odeon Cinema (1.6 miles away). We are also close to Kingston Hospital and Richmond Community Healthcare services, offering quick access to medical support if needed. We work closely with families, health professionals, and social workers to ensure continuity of care, and promote meaningful routines and social inclusion through daily activities and community engagement.
