About Us
The Care Company is a family owned and family run business supplying quality care to Social Services, NHS and self-funding clients in the Weald of Kent.
The Care Company was established in 2006 and our Senior Management Team of Victoria Wilson (Registered Manager) and April Pucknell (Assistant Manager) have extensive experience within the care industry. We strive with passion and compassion to provide quality, reliable and flexible care for people living in the Weald of Kent.
Our carefully chosen Carers receive enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service checks (previously known as CRB checks) and are provided with uniforms and identification badges for security purposes.
All our Carers receive comprehensive induction and ongoing training throughout their career with us. Our Carers value this support and as a result we have a well- established team who are highly skilled. The majority of our Carers have a Health and Social Care Diploma level 2 or above. Our office staff have level 3 or 4 diplomas and our Registered Manager has successfully completed her level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care.
Our Management Team carries out rigorous quality assurance procedures on a regular basis, to ensure our care services are of the highest standard.
Working closely with other services such as GPs, hospitals and local support services is fundamental to ensuring you have the best care possible. We have well established links with all services so we can provide responsive wrap around care.
Our care services are person-centred, enabling clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes with dignity and confidence. Coupled with our ‘On-Call’ out of hours service, we provide clients and families with much welcomed peace of mind.
