About Us

Shepard Care and Support Services Ltd is a community-based home care provider delivering responsive, person-centred care and support to adults aged 18 years and above across a range of health and social care needs.

We work in partnership with NHS teams, Integrated Care Systems (ICS), Local Authorities, and multidisciplinary professionals to support safe hospital discharge, prevent avoidable admissions, and promote independence within the community. Our services are outcomes-focused and designed to support individuals with long-term conditions, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, dementia, and complex care requirements.

Our provision includes:

Personal care and activities of daily living

Medication administration and monitoring

Reablement and step-down support

Complex care (including catheter care, stoma care, PEG feeding, and mobility support)

End-of-life and palliative support
