We support individuals with a wide range of needs, including dementia, cancer, mental health, physical disabilities, palliative care, sensory impairments, and many more. Whether you require hourly visits, overnight support, live-in care, or 24-hour assistance, our experienced carers are here to help.

Our services extend far beyond basic personal care. We offer companionship, sit-in services, medication assistance, pet-friendly care, escorted outings and shopping, dietary support, domestic help, rehabilitation, and respite for family carers. For those needing double-up care, specific dietary requirements, or LGBTQ+ support, we tailor our provisions to meet your unique preferences. Both male and female carers are available, and staff are comfortable providing pet care including dog-walking and feeding.

We welcome both self-funded clients and Local Authority funding, with our hourly rates starting from £25.42. At Homecare 2000 Ltd., your safety, comfort and independence are our highest priorities.
