About Us

Skyline Healthcare Solutions Ltd delivers one-to-one, personalised live-in care designed around each individual’s lifestyle, choices and goals. Our professional carers live with the person in their home, providing supportive day and night care that protects independence and dignity. Our service has become extremely popular because of our personal touch and high standards.

Support is tailored to the person, and may include personal care, medication, mobility, continence care, home-cooking, household tasks, emotional support, accessing the community and meaningful daily activities. We also support dementia, Parkinson’s and palliative care.

We stay actively involved – with a management team member visiting every service weekly to ensure quality and wellbeing.
