About Us

We are a local premium care company established in 2002, serving private clients in the Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge areas.

We provide personal care, meal preparations, prompts with medication, domestic cleaning and trips out for our clients. You can be assured that during any pandemic/virus then all our Support Workers will be wearing full personal protective wear and follow Public Health guidance.

We have an online family and friends app that allows family members and clients to check who is due to call, and when a visit has been completed and what has been completed at the visit.

We are registered with The Care Quality Commission, and have formed a local partnership with Age UK.

Please do look at our website at www.terrablu.co.uk and we also have uploaded some films of our service at www.youtube.com/user/terrablufilms

Next steps would be for us to come and carry out an assessment. This can be arranged at a mutually convenient time, and care calls can normally commence shortly after that. I have enclosed an ‘All About Me’ form which ideally would be completed before the assessment, this helps us understand the client’s life so far.

Do let us know if we can help further.
