About Us
Optimam Complex Care is CQC-registered to provide quality care to individuals living with complex health conditions for both adults and children.
Optimam's Nurse-led approach promotes clinical excellence to people of all ages and aims to provide all necessary support for them to continue living with their conditions while maintaining their lifestyle. Optimam's nurses and health care assistants deliver the best complex care in the service users' individual homes within the community.
Optimam's focus and priority are centred on delivering high quality person-centred care. Optimam works collaboratively with multi disciplinary teams across health and social care services and with private individuals. Optimam also works with local authorities, Independent Commissioning Boards (ICB) and private clients.
Optimam provides 24 hours care, 7 days a week.
Optimam believes in promoting trust and understanding, centred on openness and transparency including when something has gone wrong. Optimam believes that every incident or feedback both negative and positive is an opportunity to learn and improve service delivery.
