We currently support over 100 service users in the local community, helping them to live safely, comfortably, and independently while maintaining dignity and choice.
At C & D Family Care Ltd, we believe that care should feel personal, respectful, and reliable. Our experienced and compassionate care team works closely with service users and their families to deliver tailored care packages that meet individual needs and preferences.
Our services include sitting services and companionship to reduce isolation and provide reassurance, as well as personal care delivered with sensitivity and respect. We offer medication support to help ensure medicines are taken safely and correctly, alongside assistance with shopping, domestic tasks, and meal preparation. Supporting adequate food and fluid intake is a key part of our care, promoting overall health and wellbeing.
Where capacity allows, we can also provide waking night support, offering peace of mind and attentive care throughout the night for those who require additional supervision or assistance.
