Our Mission Statement
Our company mission statement is to provide excellent service to all our service user’s so that what we do makes a positive difference to their lives enabling them as individuals to become more engaged in activities, in their communities, to be more self-determining, enjoy meaningful relationships, enhance skills, abilities and quality of life.
We further aim to recognise their human rights and pledge to support those rights as workers providing a service to them. Such rights include privacy, confidentiality, dignity, independence, choice, respect, and protection from discrimination and abuse. We ensure that each client is valued as unique individuals.

The Company Background
SOS Homecare Limited, founded in 1994, is owned by the Managing Director Richard
Jackson. The company is a private limited company and has been since being incorporated
on the 12th of December 2002. The company’s registration number is 4615764. Since 1994 the
company has provided services on behalf of Trafford council to the vulnerable residents of
the borough.
In 2016 the company agreed to take over the services provided by Clece Care in the Northwest, based from the St Helens office.
In 2019 the company was awarded a contract to provide domiciliary care services in Cheshire East.
And, in 2023, the company opened a branch in Stockton Heath after successfully being awarded a contract with Warrington Borough Council.
