About Us
**Global Wave – Quality Home Care Services**
At Global Wave, we believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable, safe, and supported within the familiarity of their own home. Serving Watford and surrounding areas, our domiciliary care services are tailored to individual needs, offering compassionate support for adults aged 18 and over, including older people, those living with complex health conditions, and anyone seeking a helping hand at home.
We offer a wide range of person-centred care, from hourly visits starting at just £28, through to 24-hour live-in and overnight care. You can trust us for specialist support, including dementia care (Alzheimer’s disease included), mental health needs, palliative and end of life care, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer care, diabetes management, PEG feeding, and much more.
Our dedicated carers provide assistance with personal care, medication, household tasks, shopping, food preparation, and companionship. We also offer cultural support, meeting dietary requirements, escorted trips, convalescence and rehabilitation, respite for carers, pet-friendly services, and tailored support for the LGBTQ+ community. We understand the importance of matching clients with carers who respect individual preferences – male and female carers are available, and double-up care can be arranged when needed.
We accept a variety of funding options, including private (self-funding), Local Authority (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
With Global Wave, you’re not simply choosing a care service – you’re choosing practical help, dignity, and heartfelt support for yourself or your loved one, delivered by friendly professionals.
Enquire today to discover how we can help you maintain independence and quality of life in the place you know and love.
