About Us
Rainbow Home Care Services Ltd is a family-run, independent home care provider based in Watford, Hertfordshire, providing high-quality, personalised care and support to individuals in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Our approach is centred around treating every person as an individual and providing care that promotes dignity, independence, wellbeing and quality of life. We take the time to understand each service user’s needs, preferences, routines and circumstances, creating personalised care plans that can adapt as their needs change.
We provide a wide range of care and support services across Hertfordshire, including domiciliary and home care, live-in care, personal care, companionship, dementia care, respite care, palliative care, medication support and assistance with daily living. Our experienced and fully trained carers are carefully selected and vetted, with an emphasis on compassion, professionalism and building trusted relationships with the people we support.
As a small, family-run organisation, we believe in providing a personal service and giving our service users the time and attention they deserve. We aim to provide continuity of care wherever possible, helping individuals build positive relationships with their carers and remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are committed to delivering safe, person-centred and reliable care. We are also proud to have been finalists in the Outstanding Achievement in Homecare category at the Hertfordshire Care Awards 2023, recognising the dedication and hard work of our team.
At Rainbow Home Care Services, we believe that care is about more than meeting someone's practical needs. It is about providing companionship, reassurance, dignity and genuine human connection. We also organise regular social activities for our service users, including a monthly coffee and cake outing, helping to reduce loneliness and encourage community connection.
Our goal is simple: to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support and give families confidence that their loved ones are receiving compassionate, professional care from people who genuinely care.

About The Team
All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery.
