About Us
Willowtree House is a long-established residential care home for up to six adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, complex needs and mental health needs based in the heart of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Support is provided by a dedicated team of staff 24 hours of day 7 days a week. The service is owned and operated by Creative Support.
Willowtree House is a large detached Victorian property with a large driveway and surrounding grounds. It has been operational as a care home for over 20 years.
The service currently has no voids.
Willowtree House aims to:
• Provide a safe, welcoming, comfortable and personalised home for all individuals
• Provide person-centred, bespoke packages of care and support to individuals to enable them to lead active, fulfilling lives.
• Promote independence and build on individual’s skills and abilities enabling them to be as independent and self-sufficient as possible.
• Promote individual choice and autonomy and maximise individual’s confidence and ability to advocate for themselves
• Work closely with individuals living at the home to discover and pursue their ambitions and aspirations and explore new opportunities that enable them to lead a varied, vibrant and full life.
• Promote overall health and wellbeing and maximise health outcomes, working with individuals in a person-centred way to lead a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
• Promote positive risk taking to ensure that individuals can live their lives to their full potential without limits.
• Encourage and support individuals to be active and visible members of their local and wider communities.
