Moorlander Assistance Ltd provides home care across Somerset and North Somerset, supporting adults with dementia, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex care requirements.

We focus on practical, reliable care that meets each person’s needs. Every plan is tailored to the individual, giving them the freedom to live safely and independently at home. Our team builds strong relationships with the people we support, ensuring consistency and trust in every visit.

We are CQC registered and fully insured. We work closely with families, local authorities, and NHS partners to deliver flexible care, from a few hours a week to 24-hour live-in support.
